  • Path: Confluence Settings → Apps → FreshPage Configuration.

Space-Level Configuration

You can set different rules for specific Spaces (Shared workspaces).

  1. Go to Space Settings → Apps → FreshPage Settings.

  2. Check "Use custom thresholds for this space".

  3. Enter your desired days.

  4. Save.

Note

Click "Reset to Global Settings" to revert to the global defaults.

Manager Guide

Overview

Used for Bulk Verification (Checking many pages at once).

  • Access: Space → Apps → FreshPage Manager.

Features

  • Page Table: View freshness status for all pages in a space.

  • Filtering:

    • All: Show everything.

    • Fresh: Green only.

    • Aging: Yellow only.

    • Stale: Red only.

How to Bulk Verify

  1. Filter to see Aging or Stale pages.

  2. Select the checkboxes next to valid pages.

  3. Click the "Mark X Pages as Fresh" button.

Best Practices

  • Review Stale pages once a week.

  • Use freshpage-evergreen for static content to reduce noise.
