QuotaWatch is a Jira admin dashboard that effortlessly monitors your Jira site's API rate limit quota near real-time. It provides visibility into Atlassian's rate limit system (Refer Rate limiting ) and allows you to set up alerts to prevent site outages caused by silent API failures.

Also it monitors the recently introduced Data limits and guardrails in Jira Cloud | Atlassian Support for the Jira instance, which helps Jira standard user to monitor it and Premium and Enterprise user to add governance by adding the notifications when threshold limit is achieved.
