Every submission here is permanent, timestamped, and owned by the participant.

A. Real-Time Status Cards (KPIs)

A set of metric cards providing an at-a-glance summary of the day:

  • Submitted today: Count of team members who have completed their submission.

  • Pending: Members who have not yet submitted or skipped their update for today.

  • Skipped: Members who have explicitly chosen to skip today's ritual.

  • Active Blockers: The total count of unresolved blockers, with a red alert if critical blockers are present.

Never use participation or blockers as performance metrics.

These are not performance metrics.
They are ritual integrity indicators.

B. Team Mood Overview

A visual aggregator of the team's emotional health. It shows the distribution of moods (vibrant, productive, stressed, etc.) for everyone who submitted an update today. Note: Individual moods are never shown; only team-level averages are visible.

C. Detailed Management Tabs

The bottom half of the screen contains four powerful tabs for in-depth governance:

  1. Today's Submissions: A chronological list of every team member's update for the day. You can see their "Yesterday" accomplishments, "Today" plans, and any "Blockers" they raised in one unified table.

  2. Blocker Board: A dedicated space to manage and resolve blockers. Facilitators can review descriptions, see which Jira issues are linked, and record a "Resolution Note" when a blocker is resolved.

  3. Important Board Changes: An automated auditor that flags significant changes on your Jira board, such as issues being added to the sprint, status reversals (Moving back to "In Progress"), or estimation changes.

  4. Retro Signals: A trend analysis view that highlights long-term signals for your next retrospective, such as recurring blockers or participation trends over time.

3. Advanced Actions

  • Export Summary: Use the "Export Summary" button in the top right to download a complete Markdown report of the day's standup, perfect for sharing in Slack, Microsoft Teams, or pasting into a project status report.

  • Settings: Facilitators can click "Settings" to adjust the standup name, update the participation window, or manage the list of co-facilitators.
