Blockers here are:

• Declared by humans

• Visible to leadership

• Tied to delivery risk

Facilitator’s responsibility

• Acknowledge quickly

• Help resolve intentionally

• Convey reporter only when blocker is truly resolved

This is not a task list.
It is a sprint safety system.

Blocker Management Table

The table provides a structured view of all blockers raised during standups for the selected board.

Key Columns:

• RAISED BY: The team member who reported the blocker (includes their Jira avatar).

• RAISED ON: The date the blocker was first reported, including its relative "age" (e.g., "3 days ago").

• DESCRIPTION: The detailed explanation provided by the teammate.

• SEVERITY: A color-coded badge indicating the urgency:

  • CRITICAL (Red): Total work stoppage, needs immediate intervention.

  • HIGH (Orange): Major impediment significantly impacting delivery.

  • MEDIUM (Yellow): Standard blocker that requires attention.

  • LOW (Blue): Minor friction or dependency.

• LINKED JIRA: A clickable link to an existing Jira issue if the teammate linked one during their submission.

• STATUS: Indicates if the blocker is currently Active or Resolved.

2. Advanced Filtering & Sorting

To manage large teams, the Blocker Board includes powerful tools to find exactly what you need:

• Status Filter: Toggle between "Active" (default) and "Resolved" blockers to see current roadblocks or audit past resolutions.

• Reporter Filter: Filter the table to see blockers raised by a specific team member.

• Linked Jira Search: Search for blockers linked to a specific Jira issue key.

• Severity Filter: Focus only on high-priority or critical items.

• Age Filter: Identify "stale" blockers that have been open for more than 1, 3, or 7 days.

• Sorting: Click any column header (Raised By, Raised On, Severity) to sort the data instantly.
