Standup Governance Screen
The Standup Governance screen is the command center for Facilitators and Scrum Masters. It provides a high-level view of team engagement and delivery risks.
How to Access
When you land on the main App screen, select the Standup Governance tab.
1. Governance Dashboard (Main Table)
This dashboard shows an overview of all active standups you facilitate.
Active Boards View: See all existing standups currently hosted for your available boards.
Participation Tracking: Monitor real-time participation rates for today's standup.
Blocker Monitoring: A centralized list of all active blockers across your teams, highlighted by severity.
Sprint Risk: An automated indicator showing if the current sprint is at risk based on blockers and participation trends.
Create Standup: Set up new governed rituals for any available Jira board.

Troubleshooting: Don't see the 'Create' action?
Access to the "Create" and management actions is strictly controlled. Ensure you have been added to the appropriate Jira group.
Action: Review the Access & Permissions guide to ensure your account has facilitation rights.
2. Standup Detail View
Clicking on a Standup Name in the table opens the dedicated detail view for that specific ritual.
This screen help facilitator to view
Daily snapshot view of all participants status (Check Standup details - the daily record )
Current blocker board which is impacting the progress (Check Blocker board - where Flow is protected )
Important Board changes happened during sprint ( Check Important Board Changes – Functional Overview )
Retro signals generated based on the data available during sprint. (Check Sprint Retrospective Signals - What Facilitators Need to Know )
