Unable to see recent data

 Problem

The data on my dashboard looks "stale" or out of date.

 Solution

Use the Force Refresh (circular arrow icon) at the top of the Facilitator Dashboard. This bypasses the standard cache and forces a real-time fetch of all participation and blocker data.
