By using Daily Standup Governance for Jira software, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the terms of our End User Licence Agreement (EULA) and this Privacy Policy (Privacy Policy), have the authority to act on behalf of any person for whom you are using the Product, and agree that we may collect, use and transfer your Data in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you are using our Product on behalf of a company, then you acknowledge that you are binding your company to this Privacy Policy.
This Privacy Policy applies to our Customers. It is the responsibility of the Customer to determine if the Privacy Policy is consistent with its own treatment of end-user data.
LogicLemur Labs (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how data is accessed, processed, and protected when you use Daily Standup Governance for Jira (the “App”).
This App is built exclusively on Atlassian Forge and runs entirely within Atlassian’s cloud infrastructure.
1. Scope & Acknowledgement
By installing or using the App, you acknowledge that:
You have reviewed and agreed to this Privacy Policy
You have authority to act on behalf of your organization, if applicable
Your use of the App is also subject to Atlassian’s terms and privacy policies
This Privacy Policy applies to all customers using the App on Jira Cloud.
2. Definitions
App means Daily Standup Governance for Jira
Customer means the Jira Cloud site administrator or organization installing the App
User means any Jira user whose data is accessed by the App
Personal Data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person
Processing has the meaning defined under applicable data protection laws, including GDPR
3. Forge Platform & Data Roles
The App is developed using Atlassian Forge.
Atlassian provides and operates the infrastructure, runtime, and storage used by the App
LogicLemur Labs does not host, own, or operate independent cloud infrastructure for this App
Data Protection Roles
Atlassian acts as the Data Controller
LogicLemur Labs acts as a Data Processor, processing data strictly on behalf of the Customer and in accordance with Atlassian’s platform rules
4. Data Accessed by the App
The App accesses Jira data only as required to deliver sprint and standup governance features.
This may include:
Jira issues and issue metadata
Sprint and board information
Status, estimates, assignees, and workflow data
User display names and account identifiers (as provided by Jira)
The App does not access:
Jira user passwords
Email addresses (unless explicitly configured for notifications)
IP addresses
Browser fingerprints
Cookies or tracking identifiers
All access is governed by Atlassian’s permission and consent model.
5. How Data Is Processed
Data is processed only for the following purposes:
Calculating sprint and standup governance signals
Detecting changes in scope, estimates, and participation
Generating dashboards, summaries, and alerts
Delivering notifications configured by the Customer
The App does not use Jira data for advertising, profiling, or marketing purposes.
6. Storage & Retention
Any data stored by the App uses Forge storage, which is hosted and secured by Atlassian
We store only the minimum data required to support App functionality
Retention
Configuration and governance metadata is retained while the App is installed
Upon uninstallation, stored data is deleted in accordance with Atlassian Forge platform behavior
Where applicable, data is removed within 60 days unless legal obligations require longer retention
7. Analytics & Usage Data
We may collect aggregated and anonymized usage data to:
Improve product reliability and performance
Understand feature adoption
Diagnose operational issues
This data does not identify individual users.
Customers may disable analytics where Atlassian or the App configuration allows.
8. Notifications & Integrations
If you enable integrations such as:
Email notifications
Slack or Microsoft Teams notifications
Webhooks
Only the data necessary to deliver those messages is processed.
Third-party integrations operate under their own privacy policies and terms.
9. Sub-Processors
The App relies on Atlassian as its primary sub-processor for hosting, storage, and security.
If additional sub-processors are used (for example, for AI features or notifications), they:
Are disclosed transparently
Are contractually bound to protect Personal Data
Process data only for defined purposes
10. Security Measures
Security is provided through:
Atlassian Forge platform security controls
Encryption in transit and at rest as implemented by Atlassian
Restricted access to App configuration and stored data
LogicLemur Labs follows internal access controls to ensure only authorized personnel can access App-related data when necessary for support or troubleshooting.
11. Incident Response
In the event of a confirmed data security incident involving the App:
We will notify affected Customers without undue delay
We will cooperate with Atlassian and relevant authorities as required by law
12. Data Subject Rights
Data Subjects may have the right to:
Access their Personal Data
Request correction or deletion
Object to certain processing activities
Requests should be directed to the Customer (Jira site administrator).
Where required, we will assist Customers in fulfilling such requests.
13. Cross-Border Data Transfers
As Atlassian operates globally, data may be processed in multiple regions, including the United States and the European Union, in accordance with Atlassian’s data transfer mechanisms and safeguards.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in:

15. Governing Law
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
